As some of you know, I’m a little crazy about anything made “Buffalo Chicken” style – dips, enchiladas, pizza, mac and cheese – you name it! I really could eat something with that flavor everyday!  So I put together my ultimate list of the “best of the best” recipes for Buffalo Chicken!  I’m sorry  in advance if this makes you hungry! Enjoy!

3.  Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas – this comes from Cooking In College…Who knew you could turn my favorite wing into an enchilada?!

4.  Buffalo Chicken Bundles Wrapped In Bacon – by E is for Eat….I can’t say enough about this, all my favorites in one!

5.  Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese – brought to you by Weekly Mac…Comfort food at it’s finest!
